Perennial. White flowers appear in late Summer to Fall. 
To germinate, needs 30 days cold, moist stratification. Best Winter sown. Needs light to germinate. Press seeds into soil at the surface. Do not cover seeds with soil.
Full to partial sun.
Moist to wet soil. 
Grows 2' - 4' when fully mature. May or may not bloom first year. 
Space plants 1 to 2 feet apart.
