Hermit Provisions

The Hermit represents self-reflection and enlightenment, withdrawal from the rat-race and focus on self-care. Hermit Provisions caters to the hermit in all of us.

Our first incarnation was Mystic Coffee Roaster, a micro-roastery born on the banks of the Mystic River in Medford, Mass. in 2010. Fast forward to 2024, in the shadow of Vermont's Mount Ascutney, we began evolving as Hermit Provisions, a purveyor of flavor and delight. We are still roasting the best coffee around, but also blending soothing teas and curating a collection of seeds to grow herbs for your kitchen and native & pollinator-friendly plants for your garden. Our offerings will delight all of the senses!
